Why Wont Netflix Download On My Iphone Screen
I just found an answer to my issue . (at least to my specific situation after changing to new iPhone and resetting the old one)
UPDATE: This post is outdated. Netflix now has its official iPhone app in the App Store. Click here for more info. Step 1: Download the Netflix app for iPad to iTunes. Step 2: Right click on the Netflix app you just downloaded and select ‘Show in Windows Explorer’ if you’re on a PC, or ‘Show in Finder’ if you’re on a Mac. Step 3: Rename Netflix 1.0.4.ipa to Netflix 1.0.4.zip. Download Netflix and enjoy it on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. If I just watched it on my device or smart TV, I want to be able to rate it there. Thumbs up, unless I remember everything about the movie I won't know how much I liked it. Here’s why Netflix won’t let you download movies. Rival streaming company Netflix has been left to defend its reasoning for not offering a similar service.

It's about the Android Netflix App, but I suppose they apply the same rules for the iOS App

Why Won't Netflix Download On My Iphone
It's possible to forget to manually delete offline Netflix content before resetting a phone, or before it is tragically lost. In that case, Netflix will continue acknowledging that device for 30 days, after which time it will reset the count. There's nothing you can do — though you may want to talk to Netflix's support if the issue is urgent — but wait it out.
