I bought my Note 4 from a 'wireless store' about a month ago. When I tried to see if I can update my phone to lollipop, my phone said that it was modified. I called the store back and they said that I should call TMobile, and that they had nothing to do with it. Anyway, last night, I used Kies to try and update my phone. When it factory resetted, I tried to log on to my phone. It accepted my user name and password, but when I got to the Samsung Account login screen, it wouldn't recognize my login info. When I called samsung, they asked me for the IMEI number. It was only at that time that I found out that it was a sticker, with a bogus IMEI number. So not my phone is pretty much done. Unless I can figure out a way to bypass the Samsung Account screen. Any suggestions?
